The day after her arrest in West Hollywood, Calif., Chanel immediately went on Twitter to blast the police officers for detaining her. The 26-year-old even shared photos of the bruises she received after being arrested and claimed those injuries were a result of the officers manhandling her. Chanel was probably hoping for compassion from her fans when she shared those pictures, but she got the complete opposite.
Instead of standing up for the star, some fans claimed she should be lucky she’s alive. “You weren’t assaulted and you hit a cop and also tried to bribe him, yet you’re alive and not in jail,” one user tweeted at the rapper. The 26-year-old is not getting any kind of love on Twitter.

Chanel’s Run-In With Authorities Won’t Affect Her Role On MTV
Luckily Chanel’s insane arrest outside of the club won’t affect her role on MTV’s Ridiculousness. “She will be on the show and this recent episode with the police will not take her off the show,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com. Sounds like fans can expect more Ridiculousness from the 26-year-old rapper.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Do you feel bad for Chanel?
