In the beginning of the vid, you hear Miley saying she’s auditioning for the role of Zoey. Fun fact: the writers originally wanted the main character’s name to be Zoey Stewart, but they changed her name to Miley Stewart for the actual show. Anyways, back to that adorable video — umm, how freakin’ cute is Miley at 12-years-old?! We totally get why she got booked for the show, she was a total natural in front of that camera!
In the middle of the video, we see footage of Miley with her on-camera dad, AND real dad Billy Ray Cyrus. The two sang together and our hearts melted! Casting them both for the show was such a genius idea! Watching Miley’s audition tapes makes us really miss actress Miley, to be honest — she should totally go back to doing some acting roles! The Last Song is like, the best movie ever!
