Soleil Moon Frye’s Weight Loss — ‘Punky Brewster’ Slims Down After Baby

In a little more than a year, Soleil lost 40 pounds on Nutrisystem, which has also worked for celebs like Marie Osmond and football player Dan Marino.

Nutrisystem works off three principles — portion size, balanced nutrition and frequent meals.

The diet is high protein, low fat and low sodium, and still allows you to treat yourself with pasta and dessert, but in moderation.

“I feel amazing,” Soleil told Us Weekly. “There are so many fun suits to choose from this summer. I’m ringing in Memorial Day weekend with this little black suit!”

Back in January, she was down 23 pounds and told Us Weekly:

“The idea of getting into a bathing suit used to be terrifying. Now, I’m a little nervous but excited!”

Go, girl! She looks amazing! And that suit is super sexy.

Jennifer Lopez’s Diet Tips

Lots of celebs are giving us serious beach-body inspiration. JLo told Us Weekly’s June 1 magazine: “I think a healthy body image comes from being the best you, not competing with anybody else. You know, I’m not a 6-foot tall model…I’m not a size 2. I think it’s about focusing on yourself and just trying to be the best you.”

“I live a healthy lifestyle, I try to live a healthy lifestyle. I’m always looking for something that’s gonna help me enhance that lifestyle. BodyLab is a set of supplements that is about your body working as hard as you do.”

Do you think Soleil looks amazing? Would you try Nutrisystem?
