Rihanna Premieres New Song About Moving On

Rihanna has been working with Kanye West on her highly anticipated upcoming eighth record, but she put aside some time to add a track on her movie, Home‘s soundtrack.

In the new song, she references losing control and the fact that she has been burned. Sounds oddly like her relationship with Chris.

And you know
I’ve been burned, I’ve been burned, I’ve been burned
You’ve seen me lose control
It’s not worth, it’s not worth, it’s not worth
Our soul

Is she finally putting her troubled relationship with Chris far, far behind her? That’s what it sounds to us! You go RiRi!

Turn your face towards the sun
Let the shadows fall behind you
Don’t look back, just carry on
And the shadows will never find you

Whatever sparked this song, we’re grateful — it’s amazing!

Rihanna’s new song is from her upcoming animated film Home, which will be hitting theaters on March 27. She stars in the movie alongside Jim Parsons, Jennifer Lopez, and Steve Martin. The soundtrack to the film will be released on March 17. We can’t wait!
