As rumors continue to swirl that Kristen and her 'Equals' co-star Nicholas have developed an off-screen romance, he took to his Instagram to share an intimate video of someone who looks just like Kristen in a very compromising position! Does this mean that they are, in fact, dating? Kristen Stewart, 24, and Nicholas Hoult, 24, are in Tokyo, Japan, to promote their new love story flick, Equals, and based on the new video that he shared on his Instagram on Aug. 3, they seem closer than ever! Nicholas Hoult & Kristen Stewart Dating Rumors: Did He Share A Video Of Her?

Nicholas took to his Instagram on Aug. 3 to share a video of what appears to be Kristen getting her belly button pierced! He captioned the video: “Starting the Sunday with piercings.”

The clip features a young woman who appears to be wearing the same white crop top and cutoff denim shorts that Kristen was photographed sporting in another Instagram photo that Nicholas regrammed on Aug. 3.

In the video, the woman is shown lying down on a table with her shirt pulled up and her shorts unzipped and slouched down to reveal a slim, taut tummy. A body piercer can be heard saying, “Take a deep breathe in, and exhale,” as she slides a needle through her client’s belly button.

Now, we can’t be 100 percent sure that it’s Kristen on the piercing table, but if it is, it’s pretty crazy that she shared such an intimate moment with Nicholas! Whether these two are dating remains to be seen, but they certainly seem to be having a romantic adventure together in Tokyo!

Kristen Stewart & Nicholas Hoult Go On An Intimate Dinner Date In Tokyo

Now that Nicholas and his longtime love Jennifer Lawrence, 23, have reportedly called it quits, fans have been buzzing about his potential new romance with Kristen. The two co-stars added fuel to the fire when they stepped out for a cozy sushi dinner date in Tokyo on July 31.

Kristen and Nicholas tried to stay under the radar during the dinner — Kristen wore a baseball hat, while Nicholas rocked a red beanie — but of course they couldn’t hide from us!
