Things quickly got uncomfortable on Twitter when Chad Johnson RT'd a message from a user claiming to be his son. Was it all just a very elaborate — and hilarious — Father's Day joke? Chad Johnson, 36, sent his Twitter followers into a frenzy on Sunday, June 15, when he interacted with a young man publicly claiming to be his son. The unidentified user claimed Chad had a one night stand with his mom before sending a side-by-side photo showing incredible physical similarities between himself and the former football player.

Chad Johnson’s Awkward Father’s Day Discovery: An Estranged Son?

Could it be? An unidentified user claiming to be Chad’s estranged son stirred up internet-wide chaos on Sunday, June 15 — Father’s Day.

It started with a tweet from a Twitter user who goes by the handle @KingTralle, along with side-by-side photo of the two showing some very eerie similarities. In fact, the two men were practically identical!

However, Chad is totally in the clear — this was just a HILARIOUS Father’s Day joke gone viral. The original tweet received over 18k RT’s!

Chad, the proud father of four children — Jicyra, Chade, Cha’iel, and Chad Johnson II — will not be taking a paternity test for his new “son” any time soon.

“LMFAO I was trending over the Miami Heat in Miami n**ga!” the user jokingly claiming to be Chad’s son tweeted after his hilarious joke made him “Twitter famous.”
