Even though their marriage only lasted 72 days, it took approximately 581 days to put a stake in Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' legal union. Their relationship is finally and officially over.

On June 3, a judgement was made in Los Angeles Superior Court, squashing the marriage once and for all, PEOPLE reports.

No details from the divorce have been revealed, but they allegedly had a prenuptial agreement in place. So it’s likely that Kris left the marriage with none of Kim’s money — her estimated net worth is $40 million.

Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries’ Divorce Settlement

Kim and Kris originally reached a divorce settlement on April 19, meaning Kris did not get the annulment he wanted.

A source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively why Kris eventually gave Kim a divorce after holding out for so long.

“He knew it was impossible to win and he would be publicly humiliated. He will be signing the papers and sending them in this morning [since he’s not showing up to court].”
