Chris Brown may be passionately fighting over Twitter with his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, and stopping to get new girls' phone numbers off the street, but the 23-year-old singer still knows how to treat his main squeeze, Karrueche Tran, right on her birthday.

HollywoodLife.com has learned Chris took Karrueche to the hot Hollywood supper club Greystone Manor May 13 to celebrate and really threw down.

“Chris bought Karrueche more than $10,000 of Cristal and Ace of Spades champagne,” our source says. “They were all over each other, kissing and stuff. They definitely looked very in love.”

Adds the eyewitness, “Chris kept whispering in her ear. They walked in together, but there was so much paparazzi that they left separately.”

Chris and Karrueche are no strangers to Greystone Manor. In fact, earlier this year Karrueche, Chris AND Rihanna all partied there at once, which was one of the first battles of what has become the most heated love triangle in Hollywood.

One thing is for sure — Chris is sending a message loud and clear to his ex: Karrueche is his girl — and she’s not.
