In an attempt to figure out what he’d been up to while blacked out, David got his hypnosis on with Archie (Raphael Sbarge) — but when memories from his other life as Prince Charming interfered, things got complicated. And sad.
Over on the other side, Snow had one goal on her mind: killing the queen (Lana Parrilla). Charming stepped in to stop her after Rumpelstiltskin gave her a cursed bow and arrow — and of course that was the one memory that came to David’s mind during hypnosis.
Convinced Regina was framing Mary Margaret for Kathryn’s murder, Emma (Jennifer Morrison) went to Mr. Gold for help; and after his usual routine of creepy cryptic banter, he agreed to lend his services.
But a final scene revealed Rumpelstiltskin successfully bottling love, a feat he hadn’t been able to do before. He had previously said that if you can bottle love, you can do anything. But what exactly does that mean?!
