Well-known film critic Baz Bamigboye reviewed the film giving it a three out of five review in London’s Daily Mail but he spent the majority of the time ripping Rosie to itty-bitty shreds. We just hope Rosie, who’s from Devon, England shields her eyes from this review … it’s not pretty.
In his review entitled “Come back Megan Fox, all is forgiven — Don’t Give Up The Day Job, Rosie” he shocked us with his scathing review:
“I never thought I’d find myself sticking up for the ungracious Megan Fox who appeared in the first two Transformers pictures, but she’s a helluva better actress than the comely Rosie Huntington-Whiteley who comes to this movie direct from the Victoria’s Secret runway….she shows up in a figure-hugging, tighty-whitey dress but she’s all but window dressing and doesn’t exactly excel at delivering her banal lines..she may be beautiful but she can’t act for toffee. As one wag joked after the screening I attended in London, ‘Rosie makes Megan’s acting look as good as Kate Winslet’s.”
Another critic from the site Total Film called Rosie “awful — awful.” The critic went on to say: “[Rosie], Shia LaBeouf’s love interesting, sucking the life out of every scene she appear in like some pneumatic Dyson sexbot. Introduced with a leering pan up her Victoria’s Secret [legs], she achieves the unlikely feat of making Megan Fox look like a proper actress, particularly at moments where she is required to be in peril.”
