Tucker Carlson, host of ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight,’ poses for photos in Fox News Channel’s flagship New York studio. Tucker was named in a July 20, 2020 lawsuit by former Fox News employee Jennifer Eckhart and former longtime contributor Cathy Arau as being part of a sexual harassment culture where the women were pressured to have sex with the network’s male hosts in order to advance their careers.
Tucker was most recently in hot water when it was revealed that his longtime former senior writer, Blake Neff, had written a series of controversial tweets under a pseudonym. Neff later resigned, and Tucker immediately left for vacation. A Fox representative confirmed Carlson’s vacation was planned before CNN broke the story on Neff’s racist and sexist tweets under an assumed identity.
Tucker has hosted ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ on Fox News since 2016. He’s a staunch ally of President Donald Trump, who frequently appears on his show. In the past, Tucker has worked at CNN and MSNBC. He also co-founded right-wing news website ‘The Daily Caller’ in 2010.
