Sam Hunt & Hannah Lee Fowler attend the CMT Music Awards in June 2017. They matched in black outfits as they posed on the red carpet together for a rare public appearance. The two have been together on and off since 2008, but mostly keep their relationship out of the public eye.
Of course, Sam hasn’t shied away from singing about his love for Hannah Lee. His entire debut album, ‘Montevallo,’ was inspired by the ups and downs of their relationship before its 2014 release. The two had broken up while Sam was writing the record, and he used it for inspiration. She continued to inspire his music after they got back together in 2016.
However, the two continued to face ups and downs. Although Sam proposed in 2017 and they tied the knot that April, by Feb. 2022, Hannah Lee had filed for divorce. In her divorce filing, it was revealed that she was pregnant with their first child at the time. In April of that year, Hannah filed to dismiss the divorce paperwork, which a judge approved. The pair’s first child, Lucy, was born in May 2022. In April 2023, Sam confirmed that they were expecting their second child together.
