Ralph Macchio never has to worry about an opponent sweeping the leg, since he always has someone watching his back: his wife, Phyllis Fierro. For more than three decades, the ‘Karate Kid’ and ‘Cobra Kai’ star has been married to Phyllis, a nurse who fought on the front lines of the deadly COVID-19 pandemic. The two first met when Ralph was 15 and attending his cousin’s sweet 16 birthday party. After locking eyes with Phyllis, it was love at first sight. They began dating soon after, and in 1987, the couple tied the knot. Twenty-five years later, in 2012, they renewed their vows, showing that their love was still going strong. In the time that they’ve been together, Ralph and Phyllis have welcomed two children: a son, named Daniel, and a daughter, named Julia. The whole Macchio clan remains close as the kids follow their father in their pursuits in the entertainment industry.
