Morgan Wallen has worked his way towards becoming a massive country superstar. He rose to fame on season 6 of ‘The Voice,’ where he started off on Usher‘s team but then joined Adam Levine’s team. He was eliminated in the playoffs round. But Morgan didn’t let his career stop there, and in 2016 he signed to Big Loud Records to drop his debut album ‘The Way I Talk.’ Since then, Morgan has blown up, with multiple studio albums and award wins under his belt.
But despite his success, Morgan has not been controversy-free. In May 2020, he was arrested for disorderly conduct at a restaurant in Nashville. He was later suspended from appearing on ‘SNL’ for breaking COVID-19 protocols, though he later appeared on the sketch comedy show at anothe date. Most notably, Morgan received backlash after a video of him using the n-word in Feb. 2021 was leaked. He apologized for the incident, but was suspended from his record label.
