At just 21 years old, Holly Madison began getting invited to visit the Playboy Mansion, and after more than a year, she moved in. She became Hugh Hefner’s “number one girl” in 2002. Holly starred in the E! series The Girls Next Door, which premiered in 2010. The show followed Holly, along with Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt, as they navigated life in the mansion and their relationships with Hef. Holly and Hef broke up in 2008, and The Girls Next Door ended in 2010.

She had her spinoff show Holly’s World from 200 to 2011. In 2011, Holly began dating Pasquale Rotella, and their daughter was born in March 2013. The couple married six months later and then had a son in August 2016. Unfortunately, they split in 2018, and the divorce was finalized the following year.
