Vivienne Jolie-Pitt stepped out sans parents for a coffee run on January 3. The 12-year-old daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt was seen picking up a cold drink from Starbucks with her body guard in Los Angeles. She donned a white sweater, black shorts and black sneakers, along with a blue protective face mask while pulling her light brown tresses back into a ponytail. It’s hard to believe how quickly she’s growing up!
Despite years of back and forth, Vivienne’s parents are still involved in court proceedings over custody of their six kids. The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor, 57, and Maleficent actress, 45, also share Shiloh, 14, Knox, 12, Pax, 17, Zahara, 15, and Maddox, 19. Just last month, it was reported that Vivienne, her twin brother Knox, and Shiloh would be with their dad on Christmas Day. “They can spend the night with him on Christmas Eve,” a source told Us Weekly in a December 23 report. It also noted that Brad and Angelina previously discussed spending the holidays as a family when they were “getting along” earlier this year. However, it appeared their plans changed.
Back in November, Angelina took a loss when a judge denied her attempt to have the judge overseeing the couple’s custody case, Judge John W. Ouderkirk, replaced. As HollywoodLife previously reported in August, Angelina filed court documents in LA requesting that he be removed due to his alleged previous relationship with Brad‘s attorney, Anne C. Kiley. In response, Brad fired back in separate court documents, obtained by HollywoodLife. “Jolie’s abrupt cry of judicial bias reeks of bad faith and desperation, not to mention careless disregard for the procedural rules intended to root out legitimately conflicted judicial officers,” the Fight Club actor‘s attorneys stated in the legal documents. “Unfortunately, the individuals hurt most by Jolie’s transparently tactical gambit are the parties’ own children, who continue to be deprived of a final resolution to these custody issues.”
