4 ounces pumpkin puree
4 ounces apple cider, chilled
6 ounces ginger beer, chilled
4 apple slices, for garnish
Combine the applejack, pumpkin puree and apple cider in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Stir in the ginger beer. Strain into 4 rocks glasses filled with ice. Garnish with the apple slices.
Tito’s Copper Cauldron
2 cups Tito’s Handmade Vodka
4 cups spiced apple cider
1 ½ oz caramel sauce
4 oz lemon juice
2 oz grenadine

On a small saucer, mix honey and 3 drops of red food coloring until it resembles blood. Coat the rim of a champagne or wine goblet thick enough so that some of the honey mixture runs down the glass giving a dripping blood effect. Place glass in a refrigerator for 15 minutes to solidify honey mixture. While glassware is chilling, add gin and Crème de Cassis to an ice filled shaker tin. Shake and strain gin mixture into chilled goblet. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Run lime across rim of mug. Dip mug in Tajín to coat evenly. Add ice and basil leaves (to taste). Add habanero pepper sauce, tequila, and Squirt. Fill the rest with Clamato. Garnish with lime wheel and basil leaves.
Cruzan® Voodoo Hurricane
1 part Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1 part Cruzan® Aged Dark Rum
1 part Cruzan® 151 Rum
1 part Apricot Liqueur
3 parts Orange Juice
1 dash Lime Bitters

Combine light rum, dark rum, apricot liqueur, orange juice and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a large glass filled with ice. Top with the shot of Cruzan® 151. Garnish with the orange peel and cherries. (Garnish: Peel orange rind and lay flat on surface. Take circle cookie cutter and cut circle space out of the peel. Use paring knife to cut mini circles for eyes, nose and jaw of skeleton garnish.)
Basil Hayden’s Autumnal Punch by Charlie Schott
14 parts Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
20 parts Water
3 parts Earl Grey Tea
1 pound Sugar
6 lemons (save one for garnish)
2 Grapefruits
Add lemon and grapefruit peels into punch bowl with sugar and let sit for 2 hours. Simultaneously, juice the 5 lemons and 2 grapefruits into a separate bowl and set aside. Steep Earl Grey tea for 3 minutes in 20 parts boiling water. Combine tea with sugar mixture in punch bowl and stir until sugar dissolves. Let mixture cool and remove peels. Combine Basil Hayden’s® with lemon and grapefruit juice and the tea/sugar syrup and refrigerate until cold. Serve in a punch bowl with large ice cubes and garnish with lemon wheels.

Yields 6 servings
24 oz. Smirnoff Ice Screwdriver
20 oz. orange Juice
6 oz. grenadine
Whipped cream and candy corn for garnish
Chill Smirnoff Ice Screwdriver and orange juice at least 2 hours, then pour into a large pitcher and stir together. Add 1 oz. grenadine to the bottom of each of 6 cocktail glasses. Pour the Smirnoff Ice Screwdriver mixture on top, leaving about a half inch from top of glass. Garnish each glass with whipped cream and candy corn before serving. Drink responsibly!

Add 1.25 oz limited-edition The Walking Dead Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Pour 2 oz lemonade and 2 oz peach tea (sweetened or untweeted to your taste) – into a pint glass filled with ice. Gently stir and garnish with a bundle of mint and 3 grilled peaches.
Tito’s Pineapple Tres Chiles Mule
1.5 oz Titos
0.5oz Poblano Chile Liquer
0.5oz Simple syrup
Fresh chopped jalapeno sliced and muddled (3 pieces)
1oz pineapple juice
Reed’s Ginger Beer
