Lea [Michele] wants to make sure that her memories from Glee are good ones. She doesn’t like that Naya [Rivera] is rehashing old wounds and even though her words about her and Cory [Monteith] are mostly positive, she doesn’t want to hear from Naya on what they did or did not have in their relationship. She wants to move on and only think of the good times without ongoing commentary,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

As we previously told you, Naya not only revealed that Lea refrained from speaking to her throughout the entire sixth season, but she also openly discussed Cory and his eventual downfall in her new memoir, Sorry Not Sorry. Naya said Cory had always been open about his struggles with drugs and alcohol, but it seemed a bit strange when he had a cocktail at his birthday party one year.

“He noticed that we noticed,” she wrote. “He explained that he wanted to be able to drink in moderation, that he could do it and be just like everybody else. He seemed calm and confident about it, so we all just accepted it. To be honest, I don’t think many of us really understood how addiction worked, nor did we fully realize the extent of his former addiction.”

She also said Cory seemed like a different person when he started dating Lea. “My personal feelings for Lea aside, I knew that she wasn’t a partier, so I felt like maybe their relationship could actually be good for him,” Naya wrote, but Lea wishes she hadn’t.
