Khloe Kardashian looks better than ever, thanks to her dedication to the gym and eliminating THIS from her diet.

Khloe Kardashian, 31, has definitely experienced some yo-yo’ing with her weight in the past (who hasn’t?) but today, she looks more amazing than ever. Find out how she lost 40 pounds since 2012 below!

Khloe told Us Weekly she really kicked it into high gear after Lamar Odom landed in the hospital in 2015. First things first? Shedding extra hair weight!

“I was over my f**king hair!” She chopped off 8 inches, much to the dismay of hairstylist Jen Atkin, who was concerned she was too emotional for such a drastic cut! (Thank Goodness for hair extensions!)

She also lost a whopping 40 pounds thanks to a diet free of dairy. Khloe told New Beauty magazine: “I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference. In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

Khloe told Us she relies on StairMaster sessions and boxing classes five times a week so stay so fit and strong. “This is definitely the best I’ve ever felt.”

Khloe also revealed on her website that there really is no excuse for not getting in a workout, even if you’re traveling out of town: “Prepare some easy, at-home workouts if you’re traveling and can’t get to the gym. You can do squats and planks ANYWHERE, so don’t tell me you can’t squeeze in a quick workout! I always pack a jump rope in my suitcase, too. It’s just light and easy.”
