Blake’s place is like a scene out of Old School. It is an adult’s home, but it might as well be a college fraternity house inside. A source explains, “Blake Shelton has been renting a house in Beverly Hills. He keeps the pad empty, barely furnished, undecorated and looking like a fraternity house, crash pad.” Well, what else would you expect from America’s favorite coach on The VoiceTo hear more about Gwen and Blake, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!

Blake has no need for lots of fancy things cause he spends most of his nights with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani, 46, at her home. The source explains, “Blake doesn’t mind the bare amenities at his place cause he spends most of his free time at his girlfriend Gwen’s more comfortable home nearby.”

“Blake’s real home is a ranch in Oklahoma and only uses his west coast spot to hang his cowboy hat while he is in town shooting his show,” says the source, referring to his reality TV contest, which just began season ten. “The California place works for now since he has only a girlfriend and no kids.”

“Blake’s is a total dude pad, a few empty bottles of Jack Daniels and some junk food wrappers, some clothes and not much else. It is a little weird for a guy that has a lot of money, but Blake is a simple guy with simple tastes.” Wow, Blake is just a regular guy, so cool.
