Demi Lovato Cries Over Chris Carney After His Tragic Death In Car Crash — Her Message

So sad! Demi Lovato is in mourning for close pal Tiffany Thornton after the Disney star's husband Chris Carney was killed in a tragic car accident on Dec. 4. The "Confident" singer was a bridesmaid at the couple's wedding and is still in shock over the news. Demi Lovato, 23, is reeling over the sudden death of pal Chris Carney, 35, the husband of Disney star Tiffany Thornton. Chris was the passenger in an SUV that missed a curve in the road and struck a tree in the early morning hours of Dec. 4, and died at the scene near his Arkansas home, leaving Tiffany a widow with the couple's two small children. Demi was a bridesmaid at the pair's wedding and she's mourning the loss of her good pal's soulmate.

“I’m still in shock and I can’t believe I’m writing this but . You’re already missed. We love you,” she wrote on her Twitter account late in the evening of Dec. 4 about her pal Tiffany’s loss. The So Random! star married Chris in 2011 in a ceremony attended by Demi and boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. Demi was one of Tiffany’s bridesmaids, looking lovely in a one shouldered purple dress. She was prominently highlighted in a wedding video about the couple and was obviously so thrilled to be by her pal’s side to honor her on her big day. She even gave a toast at the couple’s reception.

Chris died alongside his pal Ezekiel Blanton when the vehicle they were in failed to negotiate a curve in the road near their Hot Springs, Ark. home. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Chris and Tiffany had two young sons, Kenneth James  “KJ,” 3, and Bentley Cash, 21 months, and now Tiffany has the difficult task of raising the boys without their daddy around.
