Kristen Stewart On Her First Kiss: It Was ‘Gross,’ ‘Horrible’ And ‘Repulsive’

For some people, their first kiss is magical. For Kristen Stewart, it was torture. During an interview, the ‘Twilight’ actress revealed that the first time she was kissed, she thought it was ‘repulsive,’ ‘gross’ and simply ‘not good.’ Yikes!

A young person’s first kiss may be a wonderful experience, leaving a happy memory that will last for a lifetime. It sounds like Kristen Stewart, 25, wishes she could forget hers. While promoting her new film, Kristen talked about the first time she ever locked lips and the Still Alice actress made it sound like the worst thing in the world!

While talking in an interview with The Daily Beast, posted on Sept. 13, Kristen spoke about the challenges of filming her new movie, Equals, especially when she and co-star Nicholas Hoult kiss for the first time. When interviewer Marlow Stern asked Kristen if she remembered her first kiss, she said she did! “It was horrible! It was so bad. It was f*cking repulsive,” Kristen said in the interview. “I was 14 and it was gross. It was not good.”

Yikes! Well, who gets it right on the first time? Though Kristen thought the kiss was “repulsive,” she realized the power of that first smooch, calling it “the first time something in you opens up and affects your entire body and has this control over you.”

“It’s scary,” she added, “because there’s this chemical that’s released that you become addicted to. It literally feels like you don’t have free will anymore.” Kristen also mentioned that the end of love could be as powerful as its first discovery. She admitted that two years after her break-up with Robert Pattinson, the split was still “incredibly painful” to her.

Kristen Stewart On Robert Pattinson Split: Anyone Brokenhearted Can Love Again

Heartbreak was on Kristen’s mind while filming Equals. Since both she and Nicholas had gone through a break-up (with Jennifer Lawrence) the two worked hard to make love “fresh again” in the movie. “If we did our jobs right, then it would be to remind you that you can definitely get back to that [wonderful feeling] and how hard, amazing and life-fulfilling those feelings were in the very beginning.”

Are you excited to see Kristen in Equals, HollywoodLifers? Do you think she’ll find someone that makes her feel as exciting as her first kiss?
