Robbie Amell Joining Fiancee Italia Ricci On ‘Chasing Life’ — First Look

It’s about time! Italia Ricci shared on Instagram on August 24 that while ‘Chasing Life’ is going through quite a sad time, fans had something to look forward to her — her real life fiancée making a cameo!

Any time real-life couples can come together on screen, it’s a good thing. Robbie Amell, 27, will be joining Italia Ricci, 28, on ABC Family’s Chasing Life on next week’s episode — and she shared a first look of his episode! With how sad the show has been (RIP!), we are so excited to see this.

“In advanced apology for tonight’s sobfest….guess who shows up in next weeks episode?! 😏 #ChasingLife,” Italia captioned her Instagram picture of her character, April, hugging a new character, played by Robbie (wearing some very sexy shades). Later that night, Robbie regrammed the photo, writing “Next weeks @chasinglifeabcf is a must see. @italiaricci finally meets a guy with what she really needs…”Take Our Poll

Are these two just the cutest? We’re totally obsessed with the,m and let’s be honest, April really needs something good right now. For those of you not caught up (somehow) on Chasing Life, I won’t give it away, but let’s just say, this is a smile April really needs. And of course, we love to see the real-life couple on-screen together.

Robbie Raves Over Italia

Robbie and Italia got engaged last August, but they’re not planning on marrying until 2016. “She wants a long engagement,” Robbie told HollywoodLife.com exclusively on our podcast. She loves the word ‘fiancé. Whatever she wants, she’s going to get, I figure I have one or two vetoes and I’m going to keep those for something that really matters.”

“When we got engaged, I said, I’m marrying my best friend. It’s totally true,” Robbie added. “We do everything together, we have so much fun, and now we’ve got the rest of our lives to do that.”

Well, we love them and are so stoked that they’ll be on-screen together. Do you think that April could really end up with Robbie’s character after what just happened? Let us know!
