Scott Disick & Kourtney Kardashian Split — Report

“Even though they’re not married, this could be one of the messiest and most expensive splits ever,” a Kardashian family insider told Life & Style magazine.

Kourtney made up her mind about their relationship when Scott checked into rehab. “They had it out for the last time. That 48 hour period made her realize he is so out of control she can’t trust him with money or anything else anymore,” the source said.

Their split will bring on a $50 million court battle, according to the mag. “He never uses his own cash. Even when he buys his kids expensive things, he charges it on credit cards that Kourtney pays for,” the insider explained.

Their three kids, Maison, 5, Penelope, 2, and Reign, 4 months, will no doubt be caught in the middle of the court battle and family sources claim they will be used as bargaining chips.

“He will fight for join custody of  the kids — which basically means he wants to continue to get paid…Scott will hire the top lawyers in LA to take as much of Kourtney’s wealth as he possibly can,” the source went on.

Kourtney, completely fed up, considers this court battle worth it at this point.
