Miley Cyrus, 22, could be taking it all off — this time for Hugh Hefner. A new report claims that Miley is ready to take the next step of being an exhibitionist and pose completely nude for Playboy magazine in 2015.

“Miley can’t think of anything sexier than taking it all off and wants to book a shoot by April,” a source told the magazine about Miley’s lust for posing nude.
