‘Vampire Diaries’: Elena Gives Into Damon On Thanksgiving — Watch
It may be called ‘Friendsgiving,’ but that doesn’t mean there can’t be any more-than-friends flames going on. We saw in the trailer that Elena finally reveals to Liam that she’s a vampire — so is that what brings her and Damon back together?
Get ready, Delena shippers. On Nov. 20, it’s “Friendsgiving” time on The Vampire Diaries, and we know that Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) aren’t actually over for good. I mean, they are Damon and Elena. So, when the ladies have dinner together without the Salvatore brothers, how do Delena end up holding hands? Watch!
‘Vampire Diaries’: Elena & Damon Hold Hands
In a preview video for tonight’s episode, we see Damon head to Portland with Alaric and Stefan (Paul Wesley) to try and find a way to get Bonnie back. Meanwhile, the girls and Liam have a “Friendsgiving.”

But we can’t help but notice that for a split second in the video, around 0:19, Damon and Elena are sitting at a table together (naturally, whiskey in hand), and her fingers are wrapped in his!
Correct me if I’m wrong here, but didn’t he just let her go at the end of last week’s ep? Well, we knew that wasn’t going to last. Delena fans everywhere (specifically me) are freaking out over this split-second clip, and needless to say, Damon better hurry back from Portland on the new episode because we need much more of that table scene.
