Sarah Danielle Goldberg was most known for her role as Sarah Camden the wife of Matt Camden on 7th Heaven. Barry Watson, the man behind Matt, has now spoken out, remembering his TV wife following her shocking and sudden death.
“#RIP Sarah. I will always miss you. Love ya! B,” Barry tweeted on Oct. 7, following the news that Sarah had passed away.
Sarah, who went professionally by the name, Sarah Danielle Madison, passed away “peacefully in her sleep of natural causes” on Sept. 27, her family confirmed to CBS Chicago on Oct. 6.
“She went to sleep and didn’t wake up,” her mother, Judy Goldberg, told the Chicago Sun Times, of her daughter, who was found in their family’s cabin in Wisconsin.
Sarah, who was only 40, was born and raised in Springfield Illinois, but after attending Amherst College in Chicago, she moved to Hollywood to pursue acting. She then starred in many shows including 7th Heaven, CSI, Judging Amy, and Without A Trace, and moves like Training Day and Jurassic Park III. Her latest role was in The CW’s remake of 90210 from 2009-2011.
Sarah is survived by her mom, her dad Bill Goldberg, her brother Bradley, his wife Michelle, a niece and nephew and her two dogs, Daisy and Bucket. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sarah and her family.
