Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, 23, is beyond devastated after Paul Walker‘s untimely death on Nov. 30, since he said he wanted to marry her “when she was ready,” according to OK!. Paul also died during his own Reach Out Worldwide charity event — and Jasmine was the person who encouraged him to pursue philanthropic efforts in the first place, making the situation even more tragic.
Paul, 40, and Jasmine started dating when she was 16-years-old, with a 17-year age gap between the two. However, that didn’t stop Paul from knowing that she was the “love of his life.”

“There’s no doubt he was planning on marrying her when she was ready. He knew she was young and had her own things she wanted to achieve, but he always said she was worth the wait,” an insider told the outlet.
One of the reasons that Paul loved Jasmine was because she supported his philanthropy efforts and his charity, Reach Out Worldwide.
“She encouraged him down that path, which gave him immense satisfaction,” the source said.
Paul’s family made arrangements for his private funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Dec. 10, the New York Daily News reported. Paul’s family doesn’t want his daughter, Meadow Walker, to be surrounded by strangers when she says her final goodbye to her beloved father, sources connected to the Walkers tell TMZ.
But Paul’s Fast and the Furious friends have also been invited to the funeral because his family knows how close he was with them. Family sources tell the site that the funeral will be followed by a bigger memorial, which will also be by invitation only.
Our hearts go out to Jasmine and all of Paul’s friends and family at this tragic time.
