Nina Dobrev & Paul Wesley: Did They Go As Justin & Selena For Halloween?

Ready to play detective? Help us figure out if Nina & Paul's ambiguous Halloween get-ups were an homage to one of music's hottest former couples! We never thought Paul Wesley could outdo himself after dressing up as Ian Somerhalder for Halloween in 2010, but lo and behold, he teamed up with Nina Dobrev this year for a two-person costume of epic proportions. Though The Vampire Diaries duo didn't explicitly reveal who they were supposed to be, Nina tweeted a picture Oct. 27, and most fans guessed they were Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez!

“Guess what our costumes are?” Nina tweeted, linking to a photo she uploaded to her WhoSay account.

In the photo, Paul is seen sporting a grey knit hat, shooting an intense look at the camera. Nina, meanwhile, is looking gorgeous while clutching a small red purse.

Did Nina & Paul Dress Like Selena & Justin?

If Nina did, in fact, decide to dress like Selena with Paul as her Justin, we have a feeling we know where she got her inspiration. Nina and Ian briefly shared the stage with Justin and Selena during the 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards, giving her a pretty good idea of what they looked like as a couple.

On the flip side, we’d be surprised if Nina dressed like Selena, considering she’s actually friends with the former Wizards of Waverly Place star.
