With the Affordable Care Act going into effect on Oct. 1 (stay with us here, we promise this is going somewhere good), plenty of stars — from Lady Gaga to Pharrell Williams — have taken to Twitter and Instagram to promote the health care initiative using the hashtag, “#GetCovered.” But on Oct. 3, Nina Dobrev outdid everyone, getting naked to make the message louder and even clearer than ever before.

Nina Dobrev & More Stars Promote Obamacare
As we said, celebrities have been very active in raising awareness for Obamacare, as Nina’s Instagram post joined likes of Gaga, Pharrell, Kate Bosworth, Rosario Dawson, Connie Britton, John Legend, Olivia Wilde, and many more.
However, we’re pretty sure Nina did the best job promoting. Since the photo went up at about 9 p.m. ET on Oct. 3, it has been liked over 93,000 times. Nina looks incredible and sexy in the picture, but most of all we have to give her props for willing to get down and dirty in order to help other people.
