Nicole Kidman Gets Hit By A Bike In New York City — Is She OK?
Oh no! An unsuspecting Nicole was knocked to the ground by a paparazzo who slammed into her on a bicycle.
Thankfully, Nicole Kidman wasn’t seriously injured after freelance photographer Carl Wu crashed into her as she was returning to her hotel from the Calvin Klein show for New York’s Fashion Week. Still, poor Nicole was so shaken by the incident that she has reportedly decided to press charges against the paparazzo. Read on for more details.
Nicole Kidman Hit By Bike — Pressing Charges Against Paparazzo Bicyclist
As Nicole was approaching the entrance to the Carlyle Hotel after the fashion show, Carl accidentally hit her with his bike, sending her toppling to the sidewalk. Carl, an infamous paparazzo who has had heated encounters with other stars including Lada Gaga, appeared to hit his breaks as he careened towards Nicole, but it didn’t work, witnesses at the scene told TMZ.
Nicole was reportedly furious with Carl and said she wanted to press charges. She called the police, who wrote Carl a ticket for riding his bike on the sidewalk, but did not arrest him. “An accident’s an accident,” one officer said.
Nicole, meanwhile, was treated for minor injuries on the scene.

The good news is, Nicole looked smashing for the crash. She debuted a sleek new bob as she sat front row at the Calvin Klein show next to actresses Rooney Mara and Naomie Harris. Wearing a gorgeous “greige” dress, her hair and makeup look polished and sophisticated.
Along with her pretty shift dress, Nicole accessorized with a gold belt, gold watch and pretty gold and turquoise earrings. Her skin looked luminous and flawless — she was just glowing!
It’s too bad Carl had to come along and ruin Nicole’s day.
