‘Glee’ Season 5 Photos: Finn Is Back & Blaine’s Missing
The stars of ‘Glee’ are back to work for season five. New photos from the cast members show the entire gang back together (well, almost all of them)!
On June 28, Lea Michele, among a number of other Glee cast members, posted pics from the season five photo shoot on Twitter and Instagram.

“Having the best time at our #Glee cast #Season5 gallery shoot! I can’t believe it’s our 5th season! Time flies when you’re having fun,” Lea said.
The photo shoot included cast members Cory Monteith, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chord Overstreet, Chris Colfer, Melissa Benoist, Alex Newell, Blake Jenner, Jacob Artist, and Naya Rivera.
What The Photos Tell Us
Cory (Finn) is back and looks better than ever. After he went to rehab in March, fans wondered if he’d return for season five. Clearly, Finn’s not going anywhere!
Sadly, Darren Criss is nowhere to be seen in the series of photos. However, the hunky half of Klaine is performing in Boston on June 29, as part of his summer concert tour, so he was likely busy rehearsing. We’re sure a bit of photoshopping can and will fix that problem. (Let’s just be thankful he wasn’t one of the cast members who was axed this season.)
Furthermore, Vanessa Lengies (who plays Sugar) and Samuel Larsen (Joe) are also missing from the photos. We’re not totally sure if they’ll be around this season, but it’s possible they might show up in a few episodes.
Normally, I’d be shocked and saddened to see that Heather Morris is missing (and I am), but her real-life pregnancy has likely altered her role on the show. She was one of the five cast members cut this season.
