Rob Kardashian has had his fair share of struggles over the past year, but that doesn’t mean he can’t ring in his 26th birthday a healthier and happier person! According to his Twitter, he’s focused on making some radical changes. Way to go Rob!
Breakups are tough! It was clear from his post-split tweets about Rita Ora that he was really hurting. In addition to his negative comments, he also reportedly packed on 50 pounds. Rob admitted to his breakup struggles in an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami saying, “All I did was waste a lot of money and gain 40 pounds.” Though it may be hard to dig yourself out of a slump like that, it’s not impossible! Rob is taking his well-being seriously now, and working hard to get back into tip-top shape!
How is Rob attempting to clean up his act? With exercise, eating right, and of course, Twitter! He’s saying buh-bye to all his negative tweeting and using the platform to help him in his pursuit of greater health. Since Feb. 20, he’s been using his account o update fans on his quest. On Feb. 21, he tweeted a snapshot of a grapefruit and lean omelette saying, “Another fat boy breakfast. Let’s go! 5 mile run next. 50 pounds gots to go!”
