Tierra LiCausi, who famously said “Men love me” before Sean Lowe booted her off this season of The Bachelor, is now ENGAGED and to the man she’s always wanted.
Speaking exclusively to Wetpaint Entertainment, Tierra’s 29-year-old brother, Tyler, confirms the reality star’s engagement.
“Yes, she’s really engaged,” Tyler tells the website. “We’re all really happy about it.”
But what Tyler doesn’t reveal is the lucky gentleman’s name.
“I’m not sure he wants his name out there just yet.”
Tyler says, however, that the man is someone Tierra knew before she began filming the show, and once he found out that she was out of town filming, he pursued her vigorously.
“Unfortunately, they had a bad breakup,” Tyler says. “When that happened, she moved back here to Denver and signed up to go on The Bachelor. Right after she left to film, though, he had a huge change of heart and wanted to get her back. The only problem was he couldn’t reach her. Her phone was turned off. He kept trying and trying, but he couldn’t get a hold of her. That’s when he called my parents, who told him what she was doing.
“When he found out she was filming The Bachelor, he did everything he could to try to get to her. He even called ABC to find out where she was filming so he could fly there. He was literally on his way to St. Croix the day he finally reached her.”
And in a bizarre twist of fate, Tyler says the day Sean sent her home from the show was the very day that Tierra and her mystery man reconnected their love.
“That was in November,” Tyler explains. “He proposed in January…they’re doing great.”
What a happy ending. Congrats, you two!
Sound off, HollywoodLifers — are you happy Tierra found love after Sean?
