When you’re filthy rich, who needs friends? HollywoodLife.com caught up with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards on November 28 in Beverly Hills and, when asked about the state of Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof’s friendship, the porcelain-faced beauty says the two will “never be friends.”
“There’s been too much damage done,” Kyle tells us. “They’ll always be civil and cordial to one another because they’re both mature women, but I don’t think they’ll ever be friends again.”
On the last episode of the hit franchise, viewers saw a different side of Kim Richards, who actually planned and organized a trip to Ojai, California, for all the ladies. Kyle says her sister has a new lease on life.
“I was so happy and impressed that Kim was able to put an event together for the girls and despite a little drama that went down, it was a fantastic trip and I’m proud of my sister for organizing it all.”
Kim, who admitted she’s had problems with alcohol and prescription drugs, is much healthier these days, and Kyle couldn’t be happier.
“Kim’s looking great and healthy and her spirits are high,” Kyle says. “It’s very heartwarming to see her in such a great place. I know she’s gone through a lot in the past couples of years and her kids are growing up fast — so it’s good she’s around her sisters and her girlfriends, especially at a time when her kids are growing up and doing their own thing.”
“I have a little one, Portia, and I’m dreading the day she gets older. I just want to cherish every day I have with her because they grow up so fast, so I know what Kim’s going through. She’s a great mom and her kids love and adore her.”
Kyle hosted a charity event for Bullets 4 Peace benefiting Safe Passage at her Beverly Hills boutique store, Kyle By Alene Too. The event helped make a better holiday season for the underprivileged and children of domestic violence.
Chime in, HollywoodLifers. Would you rather be friends with Lisa or Adrienne?
