Lamar Odom: The Real Reason He’s Being Benched

During a majority of the Los Angeles Clippers preseason games, Lamar has been best friends with the bench and not played at all. Now that Lamar Odom has been given a second chance to perform at an elite level in the NBA after his disastrous last season with the Dallas Mavericks, sources close to the baller have addressed concerns that things haven't changed and he just isn't fit enough to get any playing time!

A source close to Lamar and the Los Angeles Clippers tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that, “The reason Lamar isn’t playing is because he is out of shape.” Which is shocking, since the same reason he had a tremendous downfall last season had to do with mental and physical issues as well.

The regular season starts on Halloween for the Clippers, so hopefully that will scare out all the cobwebs with Lamar’s physical and mental woes. If not, at least his wife Khloe Kardashian has a paycheck coming in with her hosting duties on The X Factor!

The Los Angeles Clippers play the Los Angeles Lakers tonight, which was Lamar’s former team. Will tonight be the night that he gets off the bench. We all must wait and see!
