Kate Middleton pregnancy rumors are abuzz after she refused a bit of peanut paste — “peanutgate” if you will — and although a royal insider said she’s not actually pregnant yet, the timing is right!
“There have been reports to the contrary worldwide, but the fact is that the Duchess of Cambridge is not pregnant,” the source told E! Online. “Does she hope to be soon? I should say so.”
The timing is right, according to the source. “Wouldn’t it be wonderful, in these days of economic gloom, for an announcement to come shortly?” he explained. “I think it would be a terrific morale booster for the whole country.”
But apparently a certain somebody is the one that’s putting baby plans on hold (surprisingly, it’s not the queen!). Another insider explained: “Prince William will be on active military duty in the Falkland Islands from early in the New Year, and there is no earthly way he would be assigned 8,000 miles from home if the Duchess of Cambridge were expecting.”
Don’t expect any leaks, though: “There aren’t going to be any leaks. There will be an announcement when the time comes from Kensington Palace.”
We certainly can’t wait for a royal baby (and secretly we hope it’s a girl!). Do you think Kate will be pregnant soon, HollyMoms?
