'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans' House Is Up For Sale For $187,900!

As if Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans didn't have enough problems on her hands after getting charged with another probation violation on Aug. 8, now it looks like the 19-year-old MTV star will have to add finding a new home to her list. Her mother Barbara Evans has put their house on the market for $187,900!

It’s been on the market for about “30 – 45 or so days,” the realtor tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. “Like anybody else, just circumstances change and they’d like to change homes. Everybody changes situations. That’s just our nature.”

The realtor makes the Evans’ home sound quite desirable. “It’s a great house,” she says. “It’s very spacious — three bedrooms, two full baths. It could be four bedrooms if you converted the dining room.”

According to the listing on MargaretRudd.com, the home is advertised as a single family, single story home. “Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a beautiful all season sun room that looks out to a wisteria covered arbor in the fenced back yard,” reads the listing. “Roomy kitchen with a separate Dining room {this room could be changed, making this home a 4 bedroom]. Dining room light fixture does not convey.”
