We got the scoop from Dove celebrity stylist Mark Townsend, who created a fresh and modern take on ’40s waves to compliment Jennifer Lawrence‘s fun style. “I always have my inspiration boards, but this look was inspired by Jennifer,” he said. “She’s young and exuberant and full of life, so we showed off her gorgeous, shiny hair to match.”Mark gave us all the details for getting her look! - Start with damp hair — use a dime-sized amount of Dove Nourishing Oil Care Serum to create soft and smooth hair.
- Blow out the hair in sections with a round brush. Then put a drop of styling gel and set it in hot rollers for 30-35 minutes.
- Take out the rollers and apply Dove Nourishing Oil Care Leave-in Smoothing Cream to add some shine.
- Spray Dove Flexible Hold Hairspray with Natural Movement onto a flat, natural bristle brush and run it through your hair for some extra bounce.
