Despite playing frenemies on their hit show, Glee, Dianna Agron (hot cheerleader, Quinn Fabray) and Chris Colfer (gay musical theater nerd, Kurt Hummel) are actually super close in real life. In fact, since meeting last spring, the two have become such good friends that Chris was the first person Dianna called when disaster struck during an innocent errand run.
After dashing into Barnes & Noble in L.A. late Jan. 14, Dianna, 23, realized she’d somehow lost her car keys. The store had closed and she was left stranded.
“My phone is dying and I call Chris. The doll that he is, he comes to my rescue,” Dianna wrote on her blog that night. Thanks to the help of two older ladies and a patient locksmith, two-and-a-half hours later, Dianna’s car was eventually towed to a BMW dealership. Everything was intact, except Diana’s dignity!
“It is really funny when you are going through a ridiculous experience like last night’s and someone recognizes you,” the embarrassed actress wrote. “You feel like a child. A silly little girl who has lost her keys.”
19-year-old Chris, however, made out like a bandit in this situation—Dianna has deemed him a “saint” and is awarding him “five hundred brownie points and a nice sushi dinner.”
Brownie points and dinner? Chris should be downright ‘gleeful’ that Dianna managed to lock herself out of her car!
