Looking for a delicious dessert with all the flavors of fall? Try your hand at this recipe for an Apple-Cheddar Sweet Potato Tart!

Roll out a sheet refrigerated pie pastry and transfer into a 9-inch tart pan with removeable bottom.

While the dough sits in the fridge, preheat the oven to 375°F.

For the filling, peel and cut 2 large sweet potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss in cinnamon sugar.

Next peel and cute 2 medium tart apples into 1/8-inch slices, drizzle with lemon juice, then toss in cinnamon sugar.

Take the pie crust out of the fridge and prick bottom and sides.

Line pastry with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is light brown.

Once cool, arrange sweet potatoes around edges of crust, and Arrange apples in a circular pattern, placing skin side upright and overlapping slices.

Sprinkle tart with Wisconsin cheddar, tucking cheese between layers. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown.
