Here’s a sample workout to try to get moving and feel great!

Start with the Deadlift.

Move into a Lateral Shuffle nest, 2-3 sets of 20 to 30 seconds per side.

Get ready to Plank and try to hold the position for a full minute.

Finally, we’ll do some Bench dips. Great for working the triceps!
